All aboard! New Indian restaurant uses trains to deliver the goods
A new Indian restaurant in town delivers food by miniature trains that travel from the kitchen directly to tables.
Flavour Station located at 1001 Langs Dr. serves northern Indian cuisine – offering traditional dishes like chana masala and dal makhni.
Each table is labelled with a city station such as New York City, Toronto, or Montreal. A train station-style announcement also plays when the food is arriving at the destination table.
Restaurant owners Kamal and Majit Batra are from Punjab, India and say that they wanted to share Indian cuisine in Cambridge in a unique way while making it as family friendly as possible.
